  • Sessions last for 60 minutes and are available by appointment only.
  • Payment is required prior to each session via BACS or cash.

3. Fees and Payment

  • The fee for each 60-minute session is £45.00.
  • Payments should be made to Ms J C Mcleod via the provided bank details.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations via text or email.
  • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
  • Late arrivals will not result in extended session time.

5. Confidentiality

  • All counselling sessions are confidential. However, confidentiality may be broken in cases where there is a risk of harm to self or others or for legal and ethical obligations.
  • Sessions may be discussed in supervision, but identifiable details will be removed.

6. Complaints

  • If you are dissatisfied with our services, please raise your concerns directly with us.
  • Serious complaints can be directed to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
